Would death toll have been much lower had Russian military handled Russian military incursion into Ukraine professionally and liquidated Zelensky physically in FOOL's War? ?

Would death toll of soldiers and civilians both on Ukrainian and Russian sides have been much lower had Russian military handled Russian military incursion into Ukraine professionally? The answer would emphatically be a big YES! 

Russian military death toll wouldn’t have been more than 3,000-4,000, and casualties wouldn't have been more than 15,000-20,000. Also, they would have wrapped up the INCURSION in just 2-3 months if they had organized their military expedition properly with several back up plans in place such as Plan A, Plan B, Plan C, Plan D… 

Russian military commanders failed to capitalise on element of initial surprise and rapid success that they had achieved in the first month of their foray into Ukrainian territory. They failed to turn that initial surprise into successful capture, neutralization, or physical liquidation of Zelensky. 

Their biggest blunder till this day remains their amusing failure to either capture or kill Vladimir Zelensky as many analysts point out. Many analysts argue that the reasoning that Zelensky has survived until now due to proxy help received from NATO, and the USA isn’t sustainable. 

Russia should have been able to neutralize Zelensky by now if it really had latest military technology, superiority, and military satellites. What then do you make out of Zelensky's daily presence that has become the reason for Ukrainian government to ignore devastating ground realities of current military hostilities? 

Russian leadership either doesn’t comprehend psychology of Zelensky and his close associates or have proved themselves inefficient enough to deal with him/liquidate him physically. They fail to understand that Zelensky doesn’t care how many Ukrainians die in this war as long his own political survival is ensured that is being done currently by the West and the USA. He doesn’t understand language of Ukrainian cities turning into piles of rubbles and stinking human flesh. In short, he doesn’t care for devastation caused by Russian military to his people and land. He sees world in binaries – Black and White, no shades of grey. He isn’t likely to negotiate nor stop risking all that Ukraine has. Where does all this leave us? 

To be honest, I personally don’t love and don’t endorse battlefield killings of anyone or hitting of civilian infrastructure. However, I am painfully wondering should I agree with analysts who have opined that the only way to bring current painful deaths to an end and ensure that no further deaths take place, it would seem appropriate for Russian leadership to take war to a quick closure by finishing off Zelensky and his associates physically immediately? This would it is said help save thousands of lives that would otherwise continue being lost in this war on both sides. This would spare Russia to not sacrifice youngsters as scapegoats at altar of Russo-Ukraine War unnecessarily. 

Russia has already lost the CREAMY, veterans' LAYER of its fighting force. So has Ukraine. Both have become weak and militarily dependent on others. 

Russia has lost heavily in terms of troops since it’s a well known military phenomenon that the ratio of losses for DEFENDERS:OFFENDERS is presumed to be 1:6. Russia was the OFFENDER/ATTACKER. It’s easier to see without any research that the figures of 65,000+ Russian dead being flashed by Ukrainian military may actually be somewhere near truth if 1:6 ratio is to be believed in. 

I am really amazed to see specialisation of the West in creating chaos, mayhem, deaths, destruction instead of helping to resolve conflicts peacefully or helping to bring them to a quick end. No wonder, the West had created two world wars in the last century, and is now steering the world to grim reality of the World War – 3.

I had initially preferred to call Russian military manoeuvres into Ukrainian territory as an INCURSION. Right now, it isn’t INCURSION any more. It’s a full fledged military war that has cost Russia unacceptably high number of casualties, mainly due to backdoor entry of NATO/USA in this bloody avoidable FOOL’s War. If Russia has to end this mad race to death, Zelensky and his associates have to be liquidated and replaced with a regime that shall struck perpetual peace with Russia. Enough of kid-gloving, it’s time for heavy iron-fisting blow to kiev as was done by the USA by dropping Atom Bombs on Hiroshima and Nagasaki to bring Japan to accept peace?
