Having Gastric Pain/Trouble? Try Out This Simple Yogic Solution (क्या पेट में गैस के कारण दर्द/समस्या हो रही है? इससे छुटकारा पाने के लिए ये आसान योगिक उपाय करें)
There is no person in this world who doesn’t have gastric problem at one time or the other. Most of the time, the gas formed in the stomach/intestines passes out through the process of farting out of the anus or belching/birping out of the mouth. But, sometimes the gas doesn’t pass out, and this causes feelings of discomfort and pain in the stomach, intestines, abdomen or chest.
This problem involves the failure of the human body to pass out the gas formed in the intestines/stomach.
SOLUTIONS
People try out several remedies such as swallowing in the pills or alternative herbal medicines.
Well-trained yoga experts in the world know several yogic remedies to overcome the gastric problems. However, only a handful of them know the solution that involves correcting of the posture while laying down on the floor, bed or such other plain resting platforms.
When you feel discomfort due to gastric problem then lay down on your right side on a resting platform such as the plain floor, bed, bench, sofa, etc. The troubling gas shall pass out of the anus, thereby giving you immediate relief.
Dr Swaamee Aprtemaanandaa Jee‘s Scientific Theory And Explanation
(1) When you lay down on your left side with your left arm downwards with your right arm and the right side of your body upwards, then the anus, rectum, and large intestine remain downwards and the small intestine and stomach remain upwards. In this postural position, there is no pressure on the small intestine and stomach. So, they don’t get squeezed and consequently remain free. The anus, rectum, and large intestine do get pressed. So, the gas finds the escape route from there upto the anus blocked and therefore it rushes backwards and upwards into the large intestine, and the stomach. This results into uncomfortable build up of gas there which causes discomfort in terms of stomach, intestinal, abdominal, or chest related gastric pain.
(2) But, when you lay down on your right side with your right arm downwards with your left arm and the left side of your body upwards then the anus, rectum, and large intestine remain upwards without being pressed and the small intestine and stomach remain downwards. In this postural position, there is pressure on the small intestine and stomach which remain squeezed. The gas from there then rushes upwards into the large intestine, rectum, and passes out from anus since the anus, rectum, and large intestine remain unpressed and therefore provide an easy escape route to the gas.
