Learn How to Avoid Negative Health Effects of Wearing a Mask in Covid-19 Pandemic

We all are continuously being asked daily to mask our faces, especially noses and mouths, both to stop Corona-19 Virus entering our body from any infected person or object around us and to stop us from infecting others by spitting out Corona-19 virus if we happen to be suffering from Covid19 infection. So, it only sounds quite logical, scientific and safer to wear a mask as a protective gear against this mercurial tiny enemy.

However, what has missed almost everyone's attention and knowledge is the vary disastrous negative side-effect of continuous wearing of a mask!

To come to the point, continuous wearing of a mask results into visible suffocation and invisible damage to your breathing pattern. Although a little bit of suffocation may not harm your overall health yet damage to breathing pattern may cause serious health problems in medium and long run.

Actually, suffocation may make you open your mouth and force you to do breathing under your face-Mask which may cause you recycle and inhale Carbon Dioxide that has already been exhaled by you earlier. This obviously isn't healthy.

Far more serious damage may get caused to your lungs with your breathing becoming slower and irregular due to suffocation caused by a face-Mask. 

When this happens then you aren't able to inhale adequate amount of fresh air or Oxygen after you have removed your face-Mask. Also, you may start experiencing problem in inhaling, as your breathing becomes slower and irregularly regulated.

In longer run, this may damage your lungs, and lead to other plethora of known and unknown medical problems such as strokes/brain haemorrhage, cardiac arrest,  etc.

But, you will tell me - "Doctor, I can't avoid wearing a face-Mask since I have to ensure others and I myself remain safe from Corona-19 virus. So what do I do to avoid these negative side-effects?"

Well, the solution is very simple. You must regularly do deep breathing exercises for 15-30 minutes daily in morning hours. Next question you may ask me is - "what type of deep breathing exercises?" Simple: Do Anulom-Velom breathing exercises.

This breathing exercise shall restore your healthy breathing pattern. So to say, your regular healthy breathing shall bounce back daily by offsetting and overcoming adverse effects  of your having suffocated under a face-Mask.

So, do stay alert. Do breathing exercises daily.
