Responding is of no use Madame finance minister Niramala Sitharaman ji

"Responding is of no use Madame finance minister  Niramala Sitharaman ji if it doesn't provide a positive  solution  to question raised by questioner! Merely giving replies without helping  find out solution is a nuanced trick of fooling questioner. You must help address grievances of questioner. If you don't, you are a worse task master who can't make bureaucracy deliver justice to questioner. Unfortunately,  Indian bureaucrats are in perpetual habit of denying justice to genuinely grieving citizens. Unfortunately,  most politicians who become ministers aren't aware of procedures and nasty working-ways of Indian bureaucracy. Secretaries usually IAS, assigned as assistant to these ministers send grievances/representations received from citizens back to the very office/officials or department which had in the first place itself denied justice to citizen. These subordinate office/officials or department once again repeat denial of justice to aggrieved citizen. As a matter of fact, the ministry itself ought to have found a positive solution to the citizen's representation at its own ministry level instead of sending it downwards. Even  a fool knows the harsh fact that the prejudiced subordinate cruel office/officials shall  again deny justice even second time.  It seems the BEST WAY to get one's grievances addressed satisfactorily is to join politics and become a minister such as you or Narendra Modi, isn't it?"
