Swaamee
Aprtemaanandaa Jee was the FIRST INTELLECTUAL to build strong public opinion in
favour of the practical solution of bartering enclaves with Bangladesh to get
clear-cut demarcation of international border in the Global interests of
Promoting the World Peace. See his post dated 17th November in year
2008 posted on now defunct www.orkut.com. Such
a concept was unheard of in 2008 and was laughed upon by sceptics. However,
down the line, his idea found acceptance and the Narendra Modi government in
the year 2016 successfully implemented this Bartering idea, thereby leading to
greater South Asian regional and global peace.

border to stop the cross-border illegal infiltrations.

...The golden book of Dr Swaamee Aprtemaanandaa Jee had reached into hands of Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi/his personal secretary in August 2014. This golden book contains suggestions to government of India to barter enclaves between India and Bangladesh in order to resolve permanently vexing border-issue prevailing between these two South Asian neighbours. Earlier to that, on 11th of May 2014, two copies were handed over to staff of Chandan Mitra, the editor of Pioneer, the magazine connected with Bharatiya Janata Party. The magazine staff were involved in providing vital inputs on policy matters to Narendra Modi's team. Thus, it is easy to see for any fool also that the golden book of Dr Swaamee Aprtemaanandaa Jee was certainly read by Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi/his team of official advisers who picked up his idea of bartering enclaves between India and Bangladesh.
Official press release then in 2016 mentioned revival of a bartering proposal from 2011 official files, without mentioning Swaamee's golden book. However, it is clear the fresh stimulus to the proposal was provided only by Swaamee's golden book. Even otherwise, SWAAMEE JEE WAS THE FIRST ONE TO EFFECTIVELY ARTICULATE THIS IDEA IN PUBLIC DOMAIN in a post dated 17th November in year 2008 posted on now defunct www.orkut.com.
Therefore, it can definitely be concluded the Indian government acted only after having read Swaamee's book to settle border issue with Bangladesh by bartering enclaves
