You see contradictions in the assessment done above? Not really when you take into consideration the fact that the NDA Government comprises not only just Narendra Modi but three wings of democracy at work: Executive, Legislative and Judiciary. Their overall performance has certainly been better than the individual performance by Narendra Modi.
