Vaikuntha Ekadashi is very important. Our Puranas say the Lord Krishna left the Earth and proceeded to Vaikuntha on this auspicious day.
As is well-known Lord suffered wrath from Gaandhaari after they met in the battlefield at the end of Mahabharata.
Lord was hit by a arrow by a bheel who had mistaken Lord's Feet for a Deer's and shot an arrow. This Day is considered to be the day when that incident occurred.
Hence this Ekadashi is very important and pious. Visiting Lord's temple and seeking his blessings would assure us a place in Sri Vaikuntham.
On this Day, one special Door named Vaikuntha Dwaar is opened. Devotees rush to enter the temple through this enterence. Usually, this is kept open for two Days so that devotees can take the pleasure as much they want or desires.
Visit Vaishnav temple early morning 5am onwards and take blessings of the LORD. Normally on this Day the Temple remaons open till midday everywhere.
Devotees chant
"SRI KRISHNA GOVIND HARE MORAARE,
HEY NAATH NAARAAYANA VASUDEVA,
OM NAMO BHAGAVATE VASUDEVAYA"
God Bless us all... 🤗🙏
