PMO SAYS - DISCLOSURE ON SUBHASH CHANDRA BOSE PREJUDICIAL TO FOREIGN RELATIONS IN RESONSE TO RTI APP BY AI INSAANEYAT PARTY!

Our @insaaneyatparty [ facebook.com/insaaneyatparty ] had filed an RTI with Prime Minister's Office in which we had requested full disclosure of information on 7 points pertaining to Subhash Chandra Bose in reponse to which the PMO has replied that the sought information can't be disclosed under SECTION 8(1) (A) OF RTI ACT 2005 due to it being 'PREJUDICIAL TO FOREIGN RELATIONS'. Simultaneously it has referred the matter, on some points, to Ministry Of External Affairs and Home Ministry, and asked us to approach these two ministries in connection with the same.
We are mulling the option of requesting the Hon'ble High Court Delhi to intervene in the matter, since the present NDA Government is hell bent upon not making public the requisite information that we had sought in the larger Supreme National Indian Public Interests...!
