मोबाइल नंबरों के साथ चल रही मोबाइल कंपनियों की मनमानी को भारत सरकार तुरंत समाप्त करे!

यह आम अनुभव है कि जब आप अपने मोबाइल नंबर पर फोन को रिचार्ज नहीं करवाते हैं तो मोबाइल कंपनियां आपका फोन कनेक्शन काट देती हैं और आप उस अपने मोबाइल नंबर पर अपना अधिकार खो देते हैं।

निष्पक्ष ढंग से देखा जाए तो स्पष्ट हो जायेगा कि मोबाइल नंबरों के साथ चल रही मोबाइल कंपनियों की यह मनमानी है।

बात बहुत सीधी है। हम किसी राशन की दुकान पर जाते हैं। पैसा दे कर चीज खरीद लेते हैं। उसके बाद उस चीज पर हमारा हक हो जाता है और दुकानदार का उस चीज से हक हट जाता है।

पर मोबाइल कंपनियों का मामला ठीक उलट है। हम किसी मोबाइल कंपनी से फोन नंबर/सिम खरीदते हैं। लेकिन उसके बाद उस चीज (फोन नंबर/सिम) पर हमारा हक नहीं हो जाता है। बल्कि उस चीजउस चीज (फोन नंबर/सिम) पर मोबाइल कंपनी का हक ज्यों का त्यों बना रहता है।

समस्या का निराकरण

इस समस्या का सरल हल यही है कि भारत सरकार एक कानून बनाये कि मोबाइल कंपनी से खरीदे गये फोन नंबर/सिम पर उपभोक्ता का जिंदगी भर हमेशा स्वामित्व बना रहे। साथ ही किसी भी मोबाइल कंपनी को उपभोक्ता के उस फोन नंबर/सिम को छिनने/बंद करने का अधिकार ना हो जिस फोन नंबर/सिम पर उपभोक्ता ने रिचार्ज ना करवाया हो।

वैसे देखा जाए तो मोबाइल कंपनी भी अपने ख़ुद के पैरों पर कुल्हाड़ी मारती है जब वह उस फोन नंबर/सिम को बंद कर देती है जिस फोन नंबर/सिम पर उपभोक्ता ने रिचार्ज नहीं करवाया है। क्योंकि कई बार उपभोक्ता को उस फोन नंबर/सिम को इस्तेमाल करने की जरूरत नहीं होती है या उस समय उसके पास रिचार्ज के लिए जेब में पैसे नहीं होते हैं। इसलिए रिचार्ज नहीं हो पाता है।

कुछ समय बाद उस फोन नंबर/सिम को इस्तेमाल करने की जरूरत होने पर या रिचार्ज के लिए जेब में पैसे आ जाने पर उपभोक्ता उस उस फोन नंबर/सिम को रिचार्ज करवा लेते हैं। लेकिन, मोबाइल कंपनी द्वारा उस फोन नंबर/सिम को बंद कर देने से मोबाइल कंपनी को मिलने वाले इस धन की संभावना समाप्त हो जाती है।
