Swaamee Aprtemaanandaa Jee was the FIRST INTELLECTUAL to build strong public opinion in favour of the practical solution of introducing the concept of the Proportional Reservation for each Section/Caste/Religion of society to foster social peace in India if the menace of dirty politics of Reservations could not be done away with.
